3. ON THE DAY – MONDAY AUGUST 12

Monday August 12 is House Music day.

During the day students and staff take buses to the Plenary at the Melbourne Convention and Entertainment Centre for final rehearsals and staging, and then return to school. Departures are by houses and are staggered, determined by the performance order: the first three houses to perform leave first thing in the morning and the other houses leave later in the morning.

All students (except for those involved in instrumental ensembles) should be back at school by approximately 1pm.

Period X will not run, but PERIOD 4 WILL RUN AS NORMAL FOR ALL STUDENTS.

Bell times will be normal, so Period 4 will begin at 2.15pm.

In the evening, students are expected to arrive no later than 6.30pm.
