Careers of the Future

The Careers Program involves the provision of specific information on courses as well as offering students the opportunity to hear directly from individuals working across an array of professions, including their real life stories and experiences within their chosen careers.

Foundations for Well-Being

This online parent seminar, Foundations for Well-being includes a panel of experts from a range of backgrounds, bringing a perspective on setting strong foundations to promote better health and well-being in our young people. Helpful insights and practical strategies into the holistic and multi-faceted nature of well-being – feeling happy, healthy, socially connected, and purposeful will be covered.

Topics included are Exercise, Nutrition, Sleep, Social, Mental Health and Mindfulness.
