St Leonard’s College welcomes and recognises the value of volunteers in contributing to the College community by giving their time and sharing their skills and expertise with others.

It is the policy of the College that all volunteers, across all year levels, (including parents of children engaged in their child’s activity), who that have direct contact with children (including by oral, written or electronic communication as well as face-to-face and physical contact), must ensure they complete the online Volunteer Registration process. This process includes providing a copy of a current Working With Children Check and is in accordance with Ministerial Order MO 1359 for Child Safe schools and the Working with Children Act 2005.

In order to meet our obligations to protect the safety of children, the College has an online Volunteer registration form.

If you are attending the College to meet with a staff member or to volunteer in a capacity whereby you will not have direct contact with children, you do not need to complete this form.

Our Privacy Policy
