Jan Harrison is an instrumental music educator with over 35 years teaching experience. Jan began learning the piano at a young age and went on to study percussion, singing, flute, violin and guitar as well as performing regularly in bands and musical theatre productions both on stage and in the orchestra pit.

After completing her tertiary studies at Victorian College of the Arts, majoring in percussion, piano and arranging, Jan began teaching at MLC and has taught at Hampton Primary and Hampton Community Centre as well as St Leonard’s College.

Jan is passionate about providing students with the skills to develop a love of music!
