Henry Eames is a passionate French horn player and dedicated classical musician based in Melbourne. He has performed with esteemed companies such as Melbourne Opera and appeared in renowned venues including the Melbourne Recital Centre and Hamer Hall. Henry is frequently engaged as a horn player for Melbourne Opera productions, with a career highlight being his participation in the critically acclaimed 2023 Ring Cycle and 2025 Meistersinger. His commitment to artistic growth and musical excellence is reflected in the numerous accolades he has received, including the Monash Academy of Performing Arts Scholarship, Elden Hogan Award for Outstanding Contributions to Music, Monash’s Australian Music Prize, and recognition as a finalist in the Monash Concerto Competition.
