Christine has over 30 years’ experience as a vocalist in multiple genres ranging from contemporary to opera, and over ten years’ experience as a vocal instructor teaching all styles of singing.

In the area of performance, Christine has worked most recently with the Victorian Opera and performed widely as a concert soloist and recitalist, however during and after the pandemic has solely focussed on vocal teaching and fostering a love of singing in all its forms.

Prior to moving to Melbourne and completing her Bachelor of Music-Vocal Performance and Master of Music-Operatic Performance at the Conservatorium of Music, she performed as a solo singer/songwriter in the alternative country/folk scene in Canberra. She then moved into musical theatre, operetta and choral performance. Christine also has wide experience in concert and event management and gained a Diploma of Music Industry Business from the Canberra Institute of Technology.

Christine is the president of the Classical Voice Singing Competition and is especially passionate about nurturing classical singing in young people.
