Wellbeing & Online Safety
Your wellbeing matters, both online and offline. Knowing where to get help and how to stay safe can make all the difference.
Stay Safe Online
The internet is a great place to connect, learn, and have fun—but it’s important to stay safe while you’re there. Here are some key tips:
- Think carefully before you share – once something is online, it’s hard to remove.
- Keep your information private – protect details like your full name, address, and passwords.
- Be respectful – treat others online the way you’d like to be treated.
- Trust your instincts – if something doesn’t feel right, tell someone.
