Term 3/4 – Novel study

In this unit, students will study the classic novel A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens.

This unit will require students to use and hone their comprehension and analytical skills. They will complete a myriad of tasks as they study the text, including discussion-based activities and text response essays.

Alongside this, students may study other short works by Dickens to learn more about authorial voice, views and values, and how this can be identified across texts.
