Welcome to Year 7 Camp!

The program for the week is carefully structured to teach students a variety
of outdoor skills, including: bush and beach walking, sailing, canoeing, bush
cooking, camping and mountain biking. Whilst undertaking these activities students will also be learning about the local environment and history. Throughout the week during all activities, students will be challenged in various ways, taking on leadership roles, being an active team member, solving problems, taking responsibilities and showing independence; all the while having a great time and sharing much fun and laughter with their mentor and peers.

Every class is also accompanied on camp by two Year 10 Leaders. Year 10 Leaders have been selected as enthusiastic role models and mentors for our students, with the aim of building lasting relationships with their Year 7 class.
